Halli is a Portland-based multidisciplinary artist whose work explores the dynamic relationship between a piece and its viewer. Her figurative, narrative-driven practice centers on connection, representation, and the emotional resonance that occurs when a subject’s outward gaze meets—or confronts—its audience.

Drawing inspiration from the beauty, humor, and macabre of the natural world, she weaves together historical references, vibrant color, allegory, classical art influences, and pop culture to create work that feels both familiar and uncanny.
